WEDDING AND EVENTS
We provide custom floral designs and installation in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, and Vermont.
We take a limited number of events per season, so that we can fully immerse ourselves into every intricate detail of the process.
Full service weddings start at $6,000 from May through October and start at $3,000 from November through April.

Step 1. The first step is to fill out our inquiry form. We typically get back to clients within 48 hours.
Step 2. Jessica will reach out to you directly (make sure to check your spam folder) to get more details from you and to set up a consultation to discuss your vision.
step 3. After the consultation, our team will work on your personalized floral proposal. This usually takes us about a week to complete as it is a detailed document that highlights your vision with inspiration pictures, descriptions, and prices.
Step 4: After you receive your proposal, we put your wedding date on a soft hold for a month for you to review, edit, and receive additional quotes if necessary.
Step 5: If you choose to reserve our services, we will send you our contract and security deposit invoice ($1,000). Once we receive those two things, your wedding date is reserved and will be added to our official calendar.
What does full service mean?
We are floral designers who provide a comprehensive range of services for events. This includes in depth design consultations that allows us to work closely with you or your planner to understand vision, style, and preferences throughout the planning process. We create custom, detailed floral designs, including bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony arches, and installations that align with your vision and fit your venue perfectly. We also incorporate other decorative elements from our extensive rental collection. All floral arrangements and rented decor are delivered by our team to the venue and we personally set them up according to the planned design. Our team stays on site through your ceremony to repurpose any items we have chosen to move for the reception. Depending on your venues requirements, we return at the end of the evening or the following morning to breakdown the event. White Birch Floral will manage all aspects of the floral design for an event from start to finish.
